Are you are daunted by the language barrier, the purchasing process and french bureaucracy? AlloKate will help you overcome the language barrier by sourcing properties which match your criteria. I work with a wide network of Estate Agents all over the Pas de Calais providing a great choice of properties in all price ranges. AlloKate offers free bilingual assistance from the initial property search to completion, liaising on your behalf directly with the Agent and Notaire. We also provide bilingual assistance to enable you to set up your new life in France, liaising on your behalf with local authorities, utility providers and tradesmen etc.

On the spot Property Search – free of charge

- Search Criteria

Through completing a search criteria questionnaire and working with us, we will ascertain your requirements for your new French abode.

- Initial Search

AlloKate will use local knowledge and work closely with local partner Estate Agents to find a selection of properties which correspond to your search criteria.

- Accompanied Visits

You decide which, if any, properties you wish to view accompanied by AlloKate. We will arrange a viewing itinerary, liaising with the relevant Agents on your behalf. AlloKate will act as a guide/interpreter in your own vehicle or if you so wish we will meet you at the station/ferry terminal and escort you in our own car, leaving you to sit back and enjoy the countryside. Depending on location, allow 3 viewings per day.

- Bilingual assistance from the initial visit to completion

AlloKate will provide bilingual assistance from your initial visit of your new property to completion and hold your hand every step of the way, whilst liaising with the Estate Agent and Notaire on your behalf and if you so wish will accompany you when signing the Compromis de Vente and Acte de Vente.

If you have any doubts concerning the property, we recommend you take professional advice before going ahead and can put you in touch with the relevant professionals should you so wish.

Allokate charges a fee of £25/40 euros an hour for all language assistance with non-partner agents and general language assistance after purchase. So feel free to source your own properties and Allokate will step in to provide an intermediary service between you and the Agent/Notaire and will continue to provide language assistance beyond completion.
